1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If an order is canceled before it is dispatched, the order can be canceled successfully
Any eligible refund will be processed as per the payment method used
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled
3. Order Cancellation After Delivery
If the order has been delivered, it cannot be canceled
In such cases, returns or refunds will be accepted only under the Refund Policy
Returns are applicable only for damaged or broken items, with proper proof
